    Afraid I Can't Conceive
Ok. So me and my fiancˇ are very young so that means that we should both be pretty fertile. We have just started trying to get pregnant. I have quit smoking and drinking altogether. On the other hand, my fiancˇ has just limited his alcohol intake but is still smoking. We have had unprotected sex this past November from the 25-30 and this December from the 1-13 with only really skipping 2 or 3 days in between. I am really starting to get worried that I cannot have a baby. I know its only been a month of us trying, but I want one so bad and now I am so dissapointed that I started my period this month that I am scared to try anymore.

There are a number of things from STDs to genetic factors that could cause infertility. You must go see a doctor who is in a position to examine you and take some tests. I wouldn't be very concerned for now if I were you because you have been trying for a relatively short amount of time.

There are also some products on the market to find out which days you are most fertile. You can look into apps that keep track of your menstrual cycle can also be helpful (though their accuracy is easily questionable).

    Good luck!

What kind of birth control were you using before? Many of them take time to be able to conceive after stopping them. That could definitely be a factor. I know exactly what you're going through my fiancƩ and I have been trying to conceive for about a month and so far no luck but they say that stressing about not being able to only makes it more likely that you won't.

It can take a perfectly healthly couple up to a year or more to get pregnant. So one month is not even a good try yet. Time to stop worry and start tracking your cycle, and start tracking your fertile times.
Then work not having sex every other day but start saving for your most fertile time.
