    Whether your doctor will be required to report this, is unclear, but you will need your parent's permission for the abortion, if its allowed at all.

    I'm sorry, this is not what you wanted to hear, but these are the facts. You made the choice to engage in this behavior and now you, your boyfriend and the child will have to deal with the consequences.

    So we will only get in trouble well my boyfriend will if the doctors choose to report it? So they can choose to report it or just not tell anyone?

    Since your parent will be with you, and have to sign for you, I doubt the doctor will report anything.

    I don't know. I couldn't find any law or rules that require the doctor or hospital to report it. That doesn't mean they don't exist. Many places will require that an underage pregnancy be reported so that legalities can be dealt with.

    And you really have no choice in the matter. You NEED to be under a doctor's care to ensure a healthy birth, or even if you do try for an abortion it needs to be done by a doctor. So if the doctor is required to report it they will.
