    No problem. Assuming this is a bald piece of cast iron purchase a 4 X 2 PVC Reducer,(see image) and cut a piece of 4" PVC 6" long. Attach it to the cast iron with a Shielded Metal band.(see image) You may then prime and glue your PVC reducer to the short piece and from there whatever you wish to convert. Good luck, tom
