    Answer to a SAPCR.
    I am filing an answer of General Denial to a SAPCR to the courts and need to know if I need to give a copy to the petitioners and their attorney? Thanks! In Tarrant County TX if that matters.

    Any filing related to a court case should be sent to the other party as well as the court.

    And normally when you file it, you should also file proof that you mailed or otherwise served a copy to to the other party.
