I`m looking for a movie I watched( I only manage to see about 10-15 minuts at the start of the film for some reason a think) when I was a kid(late 80`s or maybea early 90`s) the only thing I can remember of it was that it was about a young boy (I think) that looks out over a city in a near future and a large ship approuch and the boy somewhere about this time runs down in a cave or a underground area of somekind and finds some marking in the soil an the signs lights up... maybea he had something on his skin that looked like these markings/signs to! I would be really glad if someone know what anime movie this is... :)

Editing my post! The ship would be some kind of spaceship and the city is probably on a distant planet, I remember some red colour(both the planet & the boy/young man`s clothes)i also believe he had black hair(typical manga style).
