    First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

    However, if you read the responses on the thread you posted to, you should have learned that you need to talk to your plan administrator about this. Not all plans permit loans. If your plan does, then the administrator will give you the proper papers to sign.
