Married to us citizen but didn't apply for green card?
I was married in 2003 abroad to a us citizen. Everyone from my family was invited. But then due to my personal issues I couldn't travel to us. We had arguments and I never filed my papers. But divorce didn't take place. Now is there any hope if I can get green card or move now?
