    Something holding me down
    [I]My name is keagan and one day when I was in my room alone with my boyfriend I heard wind but nothing was open and then I tried to sleep again and I woke up really fast and something was pushing me down in my bed and I swear it was not my boyfriend I tried to wake my boyfriend up but he didn't wake up then when I was sleeping on the couch it happen to me again I'm started to think its my moms mom that's bugging me cause she died when I was 8 and this was happening to me when I was 8

    This is very, very common in DREAMS. Then you wake up and think it happened in real life.

    It's not your grandmother, whether is this spiritual or not. If this has continued for several years, I would contact a Christian ministry to have the home prayed for. Most likely YOU will need to be prayed over since it seems to be a recurring thing. Still, this may not be paranormal, like JOY mentioned.
