    Can a doctor tell you had a surgical abortion or can you say it was a miscarriage

    I'll answer a question with a question - why would you lie to a Doctor about an abortion/miscarriage?

    On the average I don't think a Physician can tell.

    No, a doctor cannot tell if it was a miscarriage or an abortion. They rely on you to tell the truth.
