Naturalization without interview and testing without fingerprint notice /taken
Hi I filed for naturalization a month ago (marriage based) the $680 was cashed and received a NOA approx a week later.. customarily I was waiting for another letter thereon stipulating the Bios date and site... but alas!Upon looking up the case online.. the case is being scheduled for interview and testing!! Is it possible and normal granted my fingerprints have not yet been taken?I don't know whether to be anxious or happy at the hour!Any legal advice would be greatly appreciated.. thanks!

I have the same case... the only thing I have found on the web is that fingerprints are good for 15 months, if you have your fingerprints taken in less than 15 months, they use those. One recommendation is to let them know that at the moment of the interview.

Also there is the possibility of being fingerprinted before the oath if the process take too long.

Thanks xkunk! I dropped them a note and they said the same thing You just said we are good to the testing stage. Was kind of worried there! Going into my 4th month now but I gather the national average at the hour is 5-6 months before the testing / interview ,correct? Lets keep this line going ! And all the best by the way!
