What questions are asked of the victim at a restitution hearing
I have to appear at a restitutio hearing and would like to know what to expect. I have been told I will have to testify from the stand. What kind of questions will be asked of me? Will the offender be present? Will the defense attorney have the opportunity to question me?

Yes, the defendant will be present with his attorney. There will be questions posed to you about just how the defendant impacted your life in the way of financial areas. And yes, the defense attorney will have a period to question you as well. You have to keep your cool when you testify and think of your answers ahead of time that will help you recoup whatever monies the defendant took from you.
