    30 1/2 weeks pregnant, very anemic (taking supplements and IV iron) and now...
    Feeling a little short of breath and high pulse... just anemia or should I call my OB?

    If your pregnant and you ever even think something may be wrong I would deffinedly go to the doctor. You know your body best and its better to be safe.

    Call your OB right away. Better to err on the side of caution than to risk complications with your pregnancy.
