Quit claim deed signed when not of sound mind
I was forced into signing a quit claim deed, not understanding what it was. I was not of sound mind at the time. I had not slept or ate for weeks and was confused and suicidal. A few days later I was hospitalized. Is this enough to be get the quit claim deed invalidated?

I was hospitalized in a psych ward within a week of signing it... and had seen a doctor prior to that who I can get an affidavit stating the state of mind I was in that day. The hospital documents clearly state I was suicidal and had not slept or ate in two weeks and was very confused

Nothing automatically voids the deed. You will have to file in court to have the deed over turned and use this as proof. You will have to show that you were at the time of the signing.

From what you've said here it sounds like you have a good chance of getting it overturned. But you're going to have to get a lawyer. I suggest you do so immediately. If the person who took title to the property sells it you will probably not be able to get the property back.
