    Ex parte hearing?
    My sons mothers Boyfriend Came to my home with a gun a year ago to cause harm & now I had to file contempt due to her moving and not informing the courts or myself can I go for an emergency ex-party?

    To do what? Are you trying to change custody? Enforce visitation? You need to be more specific. Also ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.

    And what does the boyfriend threatening you have to do with it?
