She had my brother arrested after he took the risk of taking her in his home. She lied and bruised herself and said he hit her. She had a tubal pregnancy and had surgery and has lied and told her drug dealing boyfriend my brother made her lose her baby. She is on Facebook saying all kinds of lies about our family. She cursed my mom out and is trying to get my brother hurt or maybe killed. Her boyfriend is on the way to the pen to do time in Jan.

How old is she?
Is this fairly new behavior, or was she always a difficult child?
I'm going to move this thread to Family Law so our members familiar with legal issues will see it.

I don't know what a 'mental enquest warrant' is, but you can't get any kind of action forced on her for any mental condition, unless she hurts herself or attacks anyone physically. Your brother should simply evict her and get a restraining order. If there are illegal drugs present, he should call the police. She needs to be treated like any adult ruining lives of others, family or not.

Adult children
My daughter had my brother arrested. She bruised herself and said he hit her. She had a tubal pregnancy and had to have surgery. She is telling her drug dealing boyfriend my brother made her have a miscarriage. My brother took her into his home to try and help her. She cursed out my mom and is spreading all kinds of lies on Facebook. Can a mental enquest warrant be taken out if she is out of state? It's to the point where she is trying to get my brother hurt by the dope dealer.

Adult child
She has displayed this type of behavior since she was 13. I took all the steps the courts suggested. Now she ia about to turn 20. She is no longer in my brother's home but she is starting a mini war in Delaware. Now that my brother will probably have to go to court on false charges. Should I send copies of her criminal record and her mental health history in my brother's behalf? She has burned bridges with everyone in the family.

I can only guess at what type of behavior; there are so many kinds for youngsters nowadays and you are not specific and it would help all of our answers.
To answer your question; use your own best judgment but explain more, okay,
Edit: all posts by this OP are same topic, so must be merged

I've merged all your threads. Please don't keep starting new threads for the same issue. If you need to supply more info or ask a follow-up question, please use the Answer box to post to the thread.
If your daughter has issues that can prevent her from functioning on her own or make her a danger to herself or others, you can move to have her committed.
