Ali,Baba and Chow entered a partnership to run a tuition centre .they entered into a contract with Damia for supplying paper and office equipments for two years . After a year , chow retired as a partner of the firm but his name still appear on the firm's letterhead. He did put a notice of retirement in several issues of a newspaper to which Damia was proved to be regular subscribers . Damia still continue with the contract of supplying paper and office equipment even after his retirement . Due to some financial problem ,the firm did not pay Damia . Damia sued the firm and included Chow as one of the partner . He claim that he was not aware about Chow's retirement

Based on the facts above ,advise chow on his liability towards firms debts
