    Thick white vaginal discharge?
    I'm having unprotected sex with my boyfriend and today I noticed thick white creamy discharge no smell no irritations I would have known if it was there if I haven't have touched down there

    Discharge changes throughout each cycle and having it be white and thicker at times is not uncommon. Usually it is not a concern as long as there is no itching or burning, and no strong odor.

    Have you missed any periods? Some women will notice a more thick, white discharge in early pregnancy as well.

    When in doubt, you can always have it checked by your gyn.

    When having unprotected sex your obviously setting yourself up for a pregnancy but something you should also be aware of is stds that can be transferred from him to you or vis versa
