    Tingling Heart
    I have this sensation that is not associated with pain or numbness. It is purely a tingling sensation of the heart. I have a heart murmur. Is this a concern? Are they unrelated? I have had a mysterious "smokers cough" going on 4 years now. Do you think it's associated with that?
