Can my husband stay in this country ?
I have been married to an iranian guy for 7 years he has just left me after a bad 2 years. Everything was fine until he got his citizenship in this country then he started rejecting me. I want to know if I can get his visa and citizenship cancelled on the basis that he used me to gain access to this country any help would be appreciated.

    What country?

If he now has his citizenship... (not just a green card or visa allowing him to be here) then there is nothing you can do. It doesn't sound like he has committed any crimes that would be a basis of taking away the citizenship of someone that has already been naturalized.

Based on terms you have used we need some clarification.

Why do you care where he stays? Immigration views it, that 1/2 of all marriages fail sooner than 7 years ( which is true) so if he has gained legal citizenship there is little you can do.
Or should do. Hate and wanting to get even serves no purpose in a divorce. Please get the best attorney you can and divorce with the best settlement you can reach.
Where he goes or what he does, should be of no conern to you.

I don't hate him I love him with all my heart there is no revenge at all but I think its wrong to marry someone on false pretences especially when that person loves you
