    I received a summons, I guess from a judge about a credit card company suing me.
    I called the court and they said I could reply by mail. So I did by certified mail. The document said they could file a judgment against me if I did not reply. What happens if they did not get it on the date it was due, but a day later? - will they file the judgment against me? How long would it be before the take the money from my bank account - should I go empty it out? Just how fast do these things happen?
