    Custody of minor sister
    How exactly can I file for custody of my 14 year old sister my mother died 3years ago, her dad is still alive but I do not know where he is and he is not on her birth certificate

    Where is she now and who has custody?

    You would need to prove to the Court than you have the means to provide for her - financially, emotionally.

    Are you self-supporting, self-sufficient?
