OK so I have liked this guy for a long time now but for awhile we have broken up and I told him I didn't want a relationship but then a couple of days later I was forced into dating another guy. The guy I really like really likes me but he is scared I'm going to hurt him again, I know I won't because my life was crap without him in it. He wants me to prove that I'm not going to hurt him, do you have any ideas on how to do this (he keeps saying actions speak louder than words) I really need help asap!

Well if you haven't already, I would break up with the other guy. After that I would go on a date you planned that would include things you used to love to do together

How were you forced to date this other guy? Typically, when there is a breakup with someone and you are not together anymore, you go "no contact" and follow that rule. Meaning no e-mails, no texting, no accidentally bumping into him etc... YOu made it clear to him that you didn't want a relationship with him and moved on with someone else. Trying to get back together with yhis guy will only confuse him and send his confusing mixed messages. Move on.

That is easier said than done. I really like this guy and have so much fun with him more than anyone else. For some reason I just can't let go of him and I just want to be back with him... I'm the happiest girl when I'm around him. He wants to date me again but won't until I prove that I'm not going to hurt him..
