    I am 5weeks pregnant should I take ultra-pasturized milk?
    I am 5 weeks pregnant and want to know what salad dressing to eat with my salad and if its okay to drink pasturized milk

    Hi marianne123,

    Yes, you can drink pasteurized milk, in fact that is the sort you would want to drink... the same holds true for cheeses. Avoid salad dressings that have egg or unpasteurized cheeses as part of the ingredients.
