    Should u twist cartilage piercings
    So I had my cartiledge pierced yesturday and I'm confussed whether I should twist them..

    Hi! Hope your new piercing is treating you well.

    There are two schools of thought - one that turning the earring will disrupt the healing and the other that it will help keep it clean.

    I think it is down to yourself and how you feel it is initially reacting.

    The main thing is to keep it clean. Salt water baths help do this and help towards the long process that is healing a cartilage piercing well.
