I'm 17 and sexually active but both me and my partner were virgins when we first got together, I am on the contraceptive pill but have been for about 3/4 years (due to painful periods) since being on this pill my periods have been irregular, but relatively painless. About two and a half weeks ago my boyfriend had a kidney infection, but prior to his diagnosis we had sex. Straight after I had a small amount of bright red blood and then for the next two weeks or so experienced brown discharge with dark clumps, I thought this had finished today but within a matter of minutes of checking and seeing nothing I found that there was some very, very bright red blood. I have had some abdominal discomfort, but nothing enough that's scared me. However all the symptoms seem to point towards miscarriage, is there anything else? Or is it a miscarriage? Please please please reply, I am terrified!
