    Is it safe to have orgasm after Hystorectomy
    My wife just had a partial Hystorectomy and we have been instructed to not resume sexual activity until she is fully recovered in another 3 weeks. Is it safe for me to stimulate her without penetration to the point of her having an orgasm?

    NO.
    That would be classed as sexual activity, so wait until she has fully healed as advised.
