1998 Honda Accord 4 Cylinder has been losing power when driving on the highway.
I have been having trouble starting my 1998 accord. Also when I am driving on the highway it often times when I am excelerating will loose all power and all gauges will drop to nothing. I have to put it in nuetral and try to restart when I am driving. It is an automatic. Is this the fuel filter, fuel pump? Or could it be an electrical problem?

Replace the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil, located inside the distributor. Be sure to apply silicone heat transfer grease to the back of the new ICM.

How do I change the ignition control module and coil?
How much does the ICM cost and if I am not very experienced with cars can I handle this job?
