    How do you heal a rubbing rash?
    I was on a skate board and when (sitting on it) I went inside it was starting to hurt what do I do?

    Wash, rinse well, pat dry gently, keep it exposed to air to dry further, then put a little unscented lotion on it, with aloe vera or other soothing natural ingredient (not too much so that the skin has some air on it). If skin was opened, put a little anti-bacterial ointment on it. All available in any drugstore.
