    My HC35 runs at a high rpm after I cleaned the carb.
    My HC35 runs extremely fast after I cleaned the carb. Is the carb. Adjustable or didn't I put it back together correctly.

    Likely yes and yes. Carbs are adjustable but unless you changed some linkage it should be running at the same old speed. I would take a close look at the linkage to see if there are multiple holes for you to insert your wire connecting linkage. Especially where it connects to the governor. Tecumseh Throttle and Carburetor Linkage for TVS90 TVS100 TVS115 TVS120 and OVRM
