Fill in blank on "waiver of probate of will" form
I am filling in a form of "waiver of probate of will" to be submitted to probate court for my fathers estate. There is one blank entry which I do not know what to input. Here is how the form is worded - I,. do hereby accept service and waive notice of the petition of ____________ to probate the purported will of... Do you know what should be entered in the blank?

You are not "waiving probate". You are waiving notice of the probate petition. You are agreeing that the will be admitted to probate and that somebody be appointed "executor" (a/k/a "personal representative"). That person's name should be inserted in the blank.
