    Yeast infecton or std?
    Could a thick white creamy discharge be a yeast infection or an std?

    If there is a foul smell then it is a yeast infection. If the discharge has a slight greenish color to it, then it is an STD. Either way.. see a doctor.

    Yes, it could be either, have you tried treating it like a yeast infection ? Other issues?
