    Rhinoplasty and alcohol
I have had two rhinoplasties. The first one 4 years ago, and another 2 1/2 years ago . The first was open to narrow my nose. The next one was closed to repair the nostrils as a revision because the first doctor made them asymmetric. It has been two years and I drink alcohol from time to time. Every time I drink alcohol or smoke a cigarette my nose alters in some way. It seems to expand, and it is no longer narrow. I am afraid to drink, even occasionally because I am afraid my nose will keep changing/expand, etc.I am unable financially to get another revision rhinoplasty. Please some advice on this issue, and what I should do to prevent/correct this problem?

It seems simple but the solution is to stop drinking and smoking.

A visit to your plastic surgeon for an evaluation and advice is also a good idea in the event there is some other problem.
