How do I get my daughter's father to not have rights to her?
I don't want my daughter to go with her father because of the fact that he is an alcoholic and uses illegal drugs and when I let her go with him he does not have food for her or does not stay with her to take care of her he leaves her with his mother when its his time and never with her and when he is he is under influence of both.when we were together he beat me and verbal abused me he still verbally abuse me if I don't answer to him and I'm not with him he doesn't contact me for her at all its always about me and what I'm doing and with who.we have not went to court for visitations or custody he just has parental rights child support just went threw and she is 3yrs old now..

You fight for sole custody and restrict his visitation so long as you can prove what you say. Proof being convictions etc and then you can ask the courts for testing so he doesn't see the child while drunk. (supervised),

All your claims have to be solid. There is no taking his rights away.

I have to ask this. You were with this man who beat you and abused you, yet you had a child with him? And, for 3 years you have not gone to court to establish custody or visitation?

    What are you waiting for?

As noted, its unlikely you can get his rights terminated. But if you can prove he's a danger to your child, then you should be able to get full legal and physical custody as well as no or only supervised visitation. That's what you ask the court for.
