Its my first time shoplifting and I gota go court next week Tuesday, I'm scared I regret what I did! Am I going jail?

Most likely no, of course when you were caught did you attack the clerk, fight the police officer, you really did not give us much of the story.

But for simple shop lifting, ( assuming it was not a 10,000 dollar braclet or something) you should get a fine, perhaps community service and be put on probation.

I took a few tops and a lipgloss with an box of manicure nails, I couldn't run the security guy was already on my back so I just went back with him to the security room. Then they asked what I've taken and I told them the truth. I don't want to go to jail, I got to son o go home to and I hate what I've done! I regret what I've done! =( now I'm banned from farmers for 2 years and gave me a fine of 290! Now I'm goint to court and its my first ever court case

Yes, * my guess of course* expect about 300 to 500 dollar in court fines and 12 months probation. Some judges throw in 10 to 20 hours of community service at times.
