    Sending I-130 to US
    Is it a faster process to send my I-130 form to the chicago lockbox in the US from the UK?

My husband is an American citizen and resident. I am a UK citizen and resident, and visit him on the Visa Waiver programme. I know the I-130 form asks whether the beneficiary is in the US at the time of application. Does it make any difference to the processing or outcome whether I am or not?
