Weather strip in exterior door lites need correcting
I have an exterior door with two small double-paned windows. In between the panes is (what seems to be) a 1/2" weather seal/rubber strip. On one of the windows this seal/strip is bowing away from the edges in a few spots in-between the panes.

I assume this makes it less resistant to outside air/moisture (and it looks funky) so I would like to take off the windows frame (screws found, not sure if I'll run into adhesive)and either fix or replace the rubber strip/seal inside.

So here's where you folks either tell me "no way... " or "yes, it's just as easy as it looks and you won't even make things worse by taking it apart to repair it."
