I've been seeing this wonderful women for over 4 years and I love this women she is 30 and I'm 38, but she doesn't actually satisfy my sexual needs, when we have sex which on average is once a week and I mean literally once (not a session), its mostly me initiating and after I've penetrated her once (apologies for being graphic)she falls asleep leaving me wanting round two, I kiss her whole body and take my time, making her climax several times but all I get is a little oral for about literally a minute or so and I only get that once in a very blue moon and then she just wants to stick it in and *** and then once again falls asleep, we have talked a few times about our sex life and she has acknowledged that she could be more to be forth coming but no actions ever happen its just talk, its actually got to the stage where I'm starting to look at other women on a daily basis and I've actually started watching porn to alleviate my frustration, I don't want end my relationship over this as that would be a trivial thing and a bit shallow and I don't want a play thing as that will just cause more problems, but what do I do to get some good action, not even married and feel like I'm having a sexless marriage, a term I have usede several times in her presence

Okay, let me see if I have this correct: You are not satisfied sexually because your girlfriend only wants sex once and then goes to sleep. You want it at least twice in a row.

When you have discussed this with her, have you paid attention to her needs or is it all about you not getting as much as you want? Does she agree to try for 'more' to make you 'happy'?

Why don't you make the 'first round' more satisfying for you and her?

Why not let her sleep after the round one and have sex the next morning/later after she has rested?

How tired is she before you start having sex? Taking your time and making her climax doesn't sound like you are giving her what she really wants which appears to be sleep. Can the two of you come to a compromise where she gets rest (and doesn't feel like a machine) and you get more satisfying sex?

Women do feel sleepy after climax, just as many man do. I think this is because during climax our body produces some soporific chemical.

So my tip is: after she's aroused, try to have ENOUGH fun with her. Different positions, costumes, oral, you name it. I believe she would be more playful than usual. You would probably feel more satisfied during this stage too. DON'T rush into sending her to climax!!

Same situation...

... ended up going to the gym etc... hoping that she gets more attracted to me and started taking care of my looks clothing and paying attention to small details (found a YouTube channel on male image which is really good 'alphamale' )
It did work :)

However the most thing that worked was that I stopped initiating everything myself, she like started to get 'frustrated' since I wasn't giving her the sexual attention I used to, however one must always take care to find a balance =]

Furthermore I discussed the whole thing with her , that helped a lot since I could see the thing from her point of view :)

Finally I try to be a gentleman with her etc, but most effective of all is WINE and the miracles it does XD (when not taken in excess :p )
