    400 amp 3 pole meter socket?
    Ware can I buy a 400 amp 3 phase meter socket and enclosuer? Or what would the part numbers be?

    Any electrical supply house can get you anything like this you need.

    Check with your utility company.

    They may be willing to issue you the new meter base for free as they do in my locale.
