Someone advise me on what I should do please? Its about a girl I've know for 2 years.
First off, this girl I know has been my friend for roughly 2 and a half years. I didn't think that I would fall in love with her. We somehow bonded through playing Xbox, and we would chat almost every night playing on xbox live till about 5am or so. That was how I started to gain her trust and got closer to her.
So roughly about one year ago, I sort of confessed to her that I liked her through msn (Yes I know it was a stupid move). She ended up saying things like, "You can't do this, etc." And we just ended up drifting slowly. At that point in time I was a really shy guy and wasn't prepared to confess to her face to face. So we have been drifting ever since. And because of that I left my group of friends and dated another girl for about 4 months. I went into a relationship with this other girl because she was always there for me and comforted me. But I decided to break up with her because I knew who I truly love. It was the other girl. So after so many months away from this bunch of friends, I decided to hang out with them again since I want to be cool with them and all. The girl that I liked didn't push me away or anything, in fact I think she missed me. And all the feelings from last time came back, but somehow I have matured and is more confident. So now she's in Seattle and I'm all the way here in Singapore. She'll be flying back in about 2 weeks time, and all the while she's been gone, I have been missing her. I feel like telling her how I feel, and talk about our friendship. WHAT DO YOU THINK I SHOULD DO GUYS? IS IT THE RIGHT THING TO DO? |

Geez guy, why not just be friends and enjoy the friendship, without making it awkward for you both with confessing feelings?
Your confession is what leads to obsession, and stops any friendship you can have and stops you from enjoying others, by you trying so hard to chase one person. Relax and enjoy all your friends and activities, and stop being carried away by your own feelings. |
