OK I know what moles are and what freckles are. I just can't fiqure out if three brown spots are freckles or moles on my face. One is on my right eye just above it near nose .their is one on the right sidetop part of my nose the pea shaped part. Also there is one below my lips were it is flat in the middle. What is it? When I touch all three of them they don't feel like their there. Its not bumpy. I didn't know because they were a brown color? I babysitt a kid with tons of freckles. He said they are freckles but I'm unsure? I just got the one under my lips like 2 yrs ago but the others I've had since a long time. They have never changed shape or size. Also their tiny like a dot.
What would you say it is?

I have freckles, lots of them.they are flat to the skin and when you feel them they are just like feeling any other part of your skin- in other words you are not aware of feeling a freckle just skin.

Moles are usually raised, sometimes a bit itchy and sore,but not always.

You say you have had them for some time,usually freckles will always have been there.

If you notice anything different about these freckles : they change shape, they are raised up or they itch or are sore,in fact anything different at all, then go and see your doctor who can have a look, just to be sure that they are freckles and nothing more.
