    Doctor or not?
    This past week I've been extremely suicidal, I don't know why and I can't stop feeling this way. Before last night I was cut free for 3 months. I was doing so well, getting help, seeing a therapist, taking medication. But last night I broke. I couldn't stop myself, and now I have both arms wrapped and bandage. What do I do? Should I go back to a hospital it do I just work through each day? My mom said that it's my decision, but I can't decide. I can't say that I feel safe from myself, I'm not allowed alone, and today I ended up going through our knife drawer. I don't know what came over me. Help! Please!

    I think you should go back. If you don't feel safe from yourself, you need to get help from somewhere else, and the hospital/having another session with a therapist/psychiatrist is going to get that help you need.
