    Does herpes have to be in a concentrated cluster or can lesions show up on their own
    I had what I thought to be one single pimple on my chin, but after popping it several times it has crusted over and there is another one with it. I have two very small red dots on my bottom lip, a cluster of "pimples" on my neck and one single up near my eye. Could lesions follow that pattern...
