This guy is sociable, nice and everyone likes him basically is he popular and I am like not. He always wink at me, touch/holds my hand, hug me and there was a few times where he yelled down the hallway that I was his girlfriend. He does one of those things everyday. I don't know if he is just joking around or does he have some feelings for me. He ask me to prom, my number and to "marry him" but I didn't gave him any answer cause I don't know if he is joking! Btw he is kind of a flirt but he doesn't do those things to me to other girls or I haven't seen him do it.

He likes you a lot in my opinion. You said yourself, he doesn't do this to other girls. The whole popularity thing doesn't make any difference what so ever. Popularity doesn't change the way you feel about people. I would say defiantly go for it he is putting out a lot of signals toward you. Take a soft approach though if you are still hesitant though. I am used to asking girls out since I'm a guy, I'm not really sure how to go about a girl asking a guy out but I would assume it would be the same just not as common. Lol. Good luck.
