    Will Tennessee extradite for misdemeanors?
    I did everything for probation except didn't completely pay it off, I have paid over 500 but still own 1400. Will I violate?

    Will they violate ? First do you have permission from the PO to be out of state? When you discuss the money owed with the PO what is she saying ?

    Next yes they can violate you, that is not the same as extradite, they can violate and put a warrant out for you.
    Then it is not TN but the court locally that will decide to pay to bring you back or not. And that will depend on how far.

    If you were in Atlanta for example, and were from Nashville, they have regular transport of people from here to there, so that would not be very costly, and most likely they would. If you were in Texas, or maybe New York, no there is not much chance of being taken back, now the warrant stays valid, so if ever caught closer, or they change their minds, they may.
