    Trying to Conceive
    My fiancé and myself have been trying to get pregnant for 3 years now. We have tried everything from clomid to different tips and tricks the doctors give. They don't know why I am not getting pregnant. They say infertility can happen just because. Does anyone else go through this as well and conceived? I have no diagnosis on why I am infertile. But we desperately want to have a baby. Any thing can help at this point.

    He has two children by another woman, so he can fertilize eggs.

    How many rounds of Clomid did your doctor have you try? Was anything else tried after that, such at Metformin?

    Did your fiancé get tested as well? Even though he has had children before, it could still be a current issue that is making conception difficult.

    Are you ovulating on a regular basis? What sort of testing have you had so far? Did you get referred to a reproductive endocrinologist?
