    Hi JrKansas

If by sewer lift you mean a sewage ejector or a macerator pump system that is underground then your only realistic alternative is to cut open the bathroom floor and find the sink drain. Here, you may be able to branch off the sink drain for the tub/shower drain and then you can use the sink vent to vent the new tub/shower.

The sink drain would need to be 2" underground, which is required in most states, so you should be all set there. The sink vent should also be 2" to pull this off, but if it is 1.5" vent then you will probably be OK, too... ;)

The only other option here would be to build a platform and set the new tub/shower unit up on that and then install a SANISHOWER macerator pump and pipe the waste into the main drain of your house (not at the sewer lift).

You cannot connect into the sewer lift pit above the floor!

More questions just let me know, OK?
