I have been spotting for the past two weeks (I am on birth control and I've been using the same birth control for 4 years, but yes I do unprotected sex). I have never spotted until now, and my period isn't even due until about next Thursday so I still have a few pills to take. The first week it was just spotting with no symptoms, week two, spotting everyday and I also become very nausea around food, certain smells, couldn't eat, constant fevers, diarrhea, and then my stomach would have pain shooting through it and then right after it would cramp up. I had no energy to do anything, I felt exhausted. Now today I woke up at 5:30 with really bad pains, went to the bathroom, and there was blood everywhere. What the heck could this be that's going on with me?
