    Housing laws
    Is it elegal for my 8yr old daughter and 2yr old son to share a bedroom in a 2 bedroomed council house?

    ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.

    I assume, you are in the UK by your use of the term council house.

    From what I understand, Local councils establish a set of rules and this may very well be covered by them.

    From a non legal standpoint, I don't see a problem given the ages. But you really need to check with the local council.
