    Cold room to preserve meat got frosted walls and ceiling with ice
    Can anyone please advise me why the newly built ceiling panel and wall panel were frosted with ice when there was no meat inside but was running. Unit has also an auto cutoff switch in it.

    The expansion valve also got totally covered by ice.

    Any reason could be explained please...
