Hey :) I'm a 12 year old girl, around 5 feet tall, I'm 150 pounds but don't look it, I know I'm overweight and I want a way to lose weight so I can look like all the other girls including my best friend. I don't like many veggies because I'm a picky eater, and I'm lost and really need help! I cry all the time and my only dream is to wear a bikini and be confident

You need to discuss this with your pediatrician. Your doctor can come up with a diet plan that will help.

What do you like eating? What is your normal day's food like?

Naturally, cut back on the junky things, but I think your best bet is to forget about the diet and misery, and find something you really enjoy and are good at. At one time I was over 17 stone (240lb) but because I was a keen cyclist, and could do long cycles the same as the skinny girls, I didn't feel bad about myself.

Find something active that you love, and that you will do, then do it with passion. You may never be skinny, but you won't cry yourself to sleep.

;o Omg I'm the same .__. I'm always embarrassed of everything I do like gym.. ~.~ omg. But Recently I got mono ;) And I lost 10llbs so I feel a LITTLE bit better. I don't know... I was thinking about the throw up ~.~ but I don't know cause I'm like EHH when I get close I can touch my tonsils.. But ;l meh I feel like crying and then I look at the skinny girls, and think about all the flaws on them What will really boost your confidince is reading Perfect By natasha field I loved that book. It's about Anorexia. ;3 it's really weird though cause' we're the same height and weight ._. Weird... So wait your in 7th grade right ? :3
